I composed this song after accompanying people through the third week of the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius . We are asked to focus in on Jesus, watch him as he goes through his passion for our sake and for the whole world. We can pray today and throughout the week for the grace and gift of sorrow for our part and responsibility in what he endured.

I have also unlocked Psalm 30 'Save me,' for you to reflect on and pray with. This psalm we pray in the liturgy on Good Friday.
